I am so glad we hired Lauren to book our trip to the one and only Mandarina. I told Lauren what I was looking for my next trip … she sent me a few amazing options and then it was the last option she sent an email saying this is it! And it was!! She created the perfect itinerary for my husband, and I for a much needed romantic getaway. Airports are such a beating, especially in a different country. Lauren hired a wonderful driver to meet us upon arrival. He was professional and helpful with a clean airy car. Once we got to the resort we were greeted with cocktails which in my book is a necessity. We also received a room upgrade since Lauren is a preferred travel agent with one and only hotels. Being in the jungle on mountain side, our villa Butler took us via golf cart to Our spectacular room. Everything I am looking for in a hotel room…Attention to detail., Warm mood Lighting, spacious bathroom, crisp linens , sexy views, looking over palm trees and into the vast ocean and a cozy robe. The stage could not have been set for a more perfect start to our vacation. Overall Lauren was very responsive, organized and made our trip Incredible! She thought outside of the box, offered ideas to enhance our stay and thought of everything!

We loved the trip you planned to Anguilla for us!! I really don’t have anything negative to say at all. I think our favorite restaurant was Dolce Vita— the kids really loved it too! The rooms were great, our service was great— everyone was really nice. Thank you by the way for the welcome gift— I wasn’t sure if it was the wine or candle but we loved both! One thing that was just interesting was how empty the hotel seemed. I think had Will and I been alone we would’ve been a little like, “hmm is this weird?” But it was perfect for our kids. There were times where it seemed like we had the water park to ourselves so that was just odd but also great and made our lives so easy. I would say one thing we didn’t just love, again based on the kids, was how spread out the resort was. Maybe being on the other side would’ve made a difference but the going back and forth to the water park did get little old for the kids. It felt like 10-15 minutes both ways. But all in all, no big deal. It was perfect for us and the kids and not overwhelming at all. We loved it and would definitely go back. Can’t thank you enough for planning it for us, especially on such short notice with such little help from us!! We will for sure be in touch to use you again and will suggest you to our friends. I know we will always appreciate the memories of the trip so thank you so much!
